2021 Whitefish Bay Summer Event Guide

First Thursdays on Silver Spring Drive
Thursdays, June 3, July 1, August 5, and September 2, 5:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
Join us on Silver Spring Drive on the first Thursday of each month, June through September, for a few extra hours of shopping (and sipping!). Participating businesses will stay open late and will offer wine (June and August) and beer (July and September) for you to enjoy. Plus you can expect special promotions and great live music each evening. Learn more on the Merchants of Whitefish Bay website .
 
Farmers Market
Saturdays, June 12 – October 16, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Again this year, the Farmers Market, a ‘Simply Unbeetable’ event, will be held in the Aurora Parking Lot, 325 E. Silver Spring Drive. Shop fresh and organic produce, meats, breads, flowers, honey, vegan and gluten-free items, sweet treats, coffee, eggs, and more! Find more information on the Farmers Market Facebook page .
 
1840 Traveling Beer Garden
Saturdays, June 19, August 21, and September 11, 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Cheers! 1840 Brewing Company will host their traveling beer garden in Klode Park on two Saturdays this summer. Guests can enjoy food, drinks, and live music each time. Check out their beer menu here .
 
Fourth of July
Sunday, July 4, 11:30 a.m.
What’s the Best Day in the Bay? You know it’s the Fourth of July! The Whitefish Bay Civic Foundation is thrilled to keep the tradition going in 2021. Don’t miss the annual parade (following a new route !), and stop by Klode Park for food, drinks, games, and, of course, fireworks! For details, visit the Civic Foundation’s website .
 
Whitefish Bay Art Festival
Saturday – Sunday, July 10 – 11, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The Merchants along with Amdur Productions will be closing Silver Spring Drive, from Santa Monica Boulevard to Hollywood Avenue so that 100+ artists from all over the country can set up tier booths and present artworks for visitors to browse and shop. The juried artists, live entertainment, and food and beverages from local restaurants will prove to make this a wonderful event for the whole family. Sidewalk Sale
Friday – Saturday, July 16 – 17
This annual event kicks off with businesses opening early and bringing some of their goods out on the street to create a fun environment for shoppers. On Saturday, the sales continue throughout the day and, at Berkeley Boulevard, the street will be closed and the Merchants of Whitefish Bay along with Yellow Wood will set up a fun ‘Kids Adventure Zone,’ complete with a climbing wall and more. Village Band Concerts
Wednesdays, July 21, August 4, and August 11, Begins at 7:00 p.m. each night

Watch your nieghbors perform at School House Park with the Village Band of Whitefish Bay on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. This is the Village Band's 33rd Summer Concert Season. Come out and enjoy free music in the park across from the Whitefish Bay Public Library. Bring your chair(s)! For the most up-to-date information, follow the band on Facebook . Other concert dates are August 4 (Ice Cream Social) and August 11.

Ice Cream Social
Wednesday, August 4, 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m 
The Civic Foundation’s annual Ice Cream Social will return to School House Park, on Wednesday, August 4, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. We will have some safety modifications at this free, family event to ensure that all can enjoy this great tradition. Watch our Facebook page for final details.
 
Sounds of Summer
Saturday, August 14,  5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Bring your own blankets and chairs, and enjoy a live concert on Silver Spring Drive! This free event is organized by the Merchants of Whitefish Bay and the Whitefish Bay Civic Foundation . Look for more details on each organization’s website.
 
St. Monica Parish Fair
Saturday – Sunday, August 28 – 29
Close out the summer with food, drinks, games, live music, and fun for the whole family! Proceeds benefit St. Monica Parish. Watch for updates on St. Monica’s website .  St. Monica’s is also planning a ‘fun run’ event in conjunction with the Parish Fair – stay tuned for details.
